BELCHITE CENTENARY OLIVES
We visit the centenary olive trees of Belchite, where the most extensive olive groves of Aragon are found, roughly equidistant from the Mediterranean and Pyrenees, in north-eastern Spain. We explain the basic techniques of harvesting and ways of working the olive tree.
INITIATION TO OLIVE OIL TASTING
Initiation workshop to discover flavors, aromas, defects and qualities of different varieties of olive oils.
